Courgettes and Tomatoes Tart with Basil

Ingredients

  • 1 flaky pastry case
  • 1 courgette
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 10 olives
  • 4 eggs
  • 40cl of Gloria milk
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of frozen Darégal Garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Basil
  • 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Onion

Instructions

Serves 6

  1. Peel and chop the onion.
  2. Remove the ends of the zucchini and dice. Then remove the tomato seeds and dice.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and brown the onions and garlic for 5 minutes.
  4. Beat the eggs in a terrine with the condensed Gloria milk and basil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread the vegetables over the bottom of the tart and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Pour in the egg mixture.
  8. Put in the oven and cook 40 minutes at 200°C.
  9. Scatter a few olives on the tart and serve hot or warm.
