Courgettes and Tomatoes Tart with Basil

- 1 flaky pastry case
- 1 courgette
- 2 tomatoes
- 10 olives
- 4 eggs
- 40cl of Gloria milk
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon of frozen Darégal Garlic
- 4 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Basil
- 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Onion

Instructions
Serves 6
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Remove the ends of the zucchini and dice. Then remove the tomato seeds and dice.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and brown the onions and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Beat the eggs in a terrine with the condensed Gloria milk and basil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the vegetables over the bottom of the tart and sprinkle with cheese.
- Pour in the egg mixture.
- Put in the oven and cook 40 minutes at 200°C.
- Scatter a few olives on the tart and serve hot or warm.
