Ingredients - for 4 servings -
- 1/2 ripe pineapple
- 3 tbsp Darégal frozen tarragon
- 1/2 lime
- Water
- A few ice cubes

Preparation
- Prepare the pineapple: peel and cut it into pieces.
- Pour into the blender: the pineapple pieces, lime juice, frozen tarragon, and 50 ml of water. Blend on high speed until a perfectly smooth texture is achieved.
- Taste: if needed, add a little water to thin and a dash of honey to sweeten.
- Serve: pour immediately into a long drink glass. Add ice cubes and decorate with pineapple pieces.
