Ingredients - for 4 servings -

  • 1/2 ripe pineapple
  • 3 tbsp Darégal frozen tarragon
  • 1/2 lime
  • Water
  • A few ice cubes

Preparation

  • Prepare the pineapple: peel and cut it into pieces.
  • Pour into the blender: the pineapple pieces, lime juice, frozen tarragon, and 50 ml of water. Blend on high speed until a perfectly smooth texture is achieved.
  • Taste: if needed, add a little water to thin and a dash of honey to sweeten.
  • Serve: pour immediately into a long drink glass. Add ice cubes and decorate with pineapple pieces.
