She succeeds her brother, Charles Darbonne, and represents the fifth generation of the family to lead the company. With an international career spanning over 25 years, Céline Endler Darbonne now applies her cross-functional expertise in marketing, supply chain, finance, and e-commerce strategy to the mission initiated by her ancestors: preserving and transmitting the richness of aromatic herbs.
Alongside Alexia Chassagne, General Manager, she forms a female leadership duo focused on the future. Together, they uphold the values that have always driven Darégal: collaboration, efficiency, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Their ambition: to continue innovating, transmitting, and preserving the taste of aromatic herbs, while positioning the company for a responsible and inspiring future.
