British Frozen Food Federation which counts over 300 members (including producers, wholesalers, importers, exporters, retailers) plays a huge part in promoting and protecting the British frozen food industry.
Patrick Dixon* surprised everybody at the BFFF conference when he pulled a Parsley BoxShaker, no, not out of his hat, but out of his pocket (100% natural, with a fresh taste and hints of softwood, washed and sliced – no waste).
During his presentation, he demonstrated the advantages of frozen culinary herbs and concluded that “Fresh and frozen is wonderful, I want it in my kitchen now. They are ready to be sprinkled”.
