The Plant Nursery is a “lab” where tomorrow’s inspiration begins.

Each year, new or existing varieties of culinary herbs are (re)discovered. Collections suggested by our Herbs Sommeliers are based on the diversity of existing varieties from a same group of culinary herbs (for example, the Basil Collection or the Chilli Collection).

Darégal’s Herbs Sommeliers have dug deep into the origins of Basil. They have come up with over 125 varieties but only the 5 top ones were selected: culinary delicacy and complexity are the key words of this Collection.

• For the general public, The Great Vintage Basil Box Shakers come in 5 different types of Basil, all are IQF, ready to use and great to enhance stir fries and summer salads.

• For the catering business, The Great Vintage Basil Squeeze sauces will add a twist to the traditional pesto recipe and bring alternatives to your everyday snacks.
The Great Vintage Basil Coulis range allows chefs to add their own personal signature to their dishes.

• For the manufacturing industry, The Great Vintage Basil infused oils will highlight all salads with a wide range of flavours and give them a fresh and natural Top Note.

Made from different types of exotic flavoured chillies, Great Vintage Chillies will give warmth and a long lasting taste to all your dishes.
