Natural herbs flavours are available as different supports adapted to all types of procedures and industrial applications: salt, oil, starch de waxy corn (encapsulated) or as emulsions.
It enhances the aromatic note of the finished product.
All available supports :
- Salt : hydrosolubile, immediate dispersion.
- Emulsion : water-soluble.
- Oil : liposolubile, resistant to rancidification
- Encapsulated : water-soluble, persistent aroma in the mouth , good stability, stocked 24 months.
