Throughout our production process, we conduct HACCP studies on each production line and on each product. Quality assurance is an integral part of all of our processes. Our system for designing, producing and marketing natural aromatic products is certified ISO 9001:2008. All our production units have been awarded the BRC version 5 certificate for all activities and the IFS version 5 certificate for private label frozen aromatic herbs. The Milly-la-Forêt site received ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification in 2009.

Two of our European sites are Marks & Spencer certified and follow its best practice guide and quality recommendations. In accordance with the requirements of the ‘Field to fork’ guidelines endorsed by Marks & Spencer, the farming of our aromatic herbs is incorporated in our industrial processes.
