Starter
Ingredients
- 1 pack of baby lettuces
- 1 pack of smoked duck magret
- 100g of semi-cooked foie gras
- 2 tins of artichokes
- 400g of French beans
- 30g of walnuts
- 3 tablespoons of walnut oil
- 1 tablespoon of raspberry vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Mix for salad

Instructions
Serves 4
- Wash and drain the salad.
- Gently separate the leaves.
- Drain the artichoke bottoms.
- Boil the French beans 10min in salted water.
- Drain and cool in icy water to keep their colour.
- Prepare the dressing.
- Add the "Herbes des salades" Daregal.
- On each plate put the salad, French beans and sliced artichoke bottoms.
- Add the duck magrets and the foie gras thinly sliced.
- Garnish with the walnuts.
- Sprinkle with the dressing and eat straight away.
