Wild salad with "Mix for Salad"

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of baby lettuces
  • 1 pack of smoked duck magret
  • 100g of semi-cooked foie gras
  • 2 tins of artichokes
  • 400g of French beans
  • 30g of walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons of walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of raspberry vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Mix for salad

Instructions

Serves 4

  1. Wash and drain the salad.
  2. Gently separate the leaves.
  3. Drain the artichoke bottoms.
  4. Boil the French beans 10min in salted water.
  5. Drain and cool in icy water to keep their colour.
  6. Prepare the dressing.
  7. Add the "Herbes des salades" Daregal.
  8. On each plate put the salad, French beans and sliced artichoke bottoms.
  9. Add the duck magrets and the foie gras thinly sliced.
  10. Garnish with the walnuts.
  11. Sprinkle with the dressing and eat straight away.
