Ingredients
- 4 turkey fillets
- 12 smoked bacon wrapped prunes
- 200g of rocket leaves
- 4 lemons
- 1 tablespoon of ground caraway
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons of Darégal Coriander
- 1 tablespoon of Darégal Ginger

Instructions
Serves 4
- Cut the fillets into large dice.
- In a large dish, mix the olive oil, the lime juice the ginger the coriander and the cumin.
- Add the turkey dice.
- Season and mix well so that all the turkey is covered with the marinade.
- Leave to stand for 2 hours.
- Quarter the limes.
- On the skewers, place the turkey, the prunes and the limes.
- Grill on the BBQ or under the oven grill for 15 min.
- Serve hot on a bed of rocket.
