Provencal Tart with Basil

Provencal Tart with Basil

  • 1 flaky pastry case
  • 200g of goat's cheese
  • 40cl of Gloria milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 100g of tapenade
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Basil

Instructions

Serves 6

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (Thermostat 6).
  2. Spread the dough in the tart mould with its cooking paper. Prick the bottom of the tart with a fork and cover with tapenade.
  3. Slice the tomatoes and then pat them dry. Put them on the bottom of the tart.
  4. Spread the tomatoes and sprinkle them with basil.
  5. Mix the eggs and Gloria milk in a salad bowl. Lightly salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg/milk preparation on the tomatoes. Then cover with slices of goat cheese.
  7. Cook in the lower part of the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle with basil.
