Provencal Tart with Basil

Ingredients
- 1 flaky pastry case
- 200g of goat's cheese
- 40cl of Gloria milk
- 4 eggs
- 5 tomatoes
- 100g of tapenade
- salt
- pepper
- 4 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Basil

Serves 6
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (Thermostat 6).
- Spread the dough in the tart mould with its cooking paper. Prick the bottom of the tart with a fork and cover with tapenade.
- Slice the tomatoes and then pat them dry. Put them on the bottom of the tart.
- Spread the tomatoes and sprinkle them with basil.
- Mix the eggs and Gloria milk in a salad bowl. Lightly salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg/milk preparation on the tomatoes. Then cover with slices of goat cheese.
- Cook in the lower part of the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
- Before serving, sprinkle with basil.
