  • 800g of chicken
  • 1 green peppers
  • 1 red peppers
  • 1 yellow peppers
  • 2 tablespoons of cashews
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of frozen Darégal Coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of frozen Darégal Ginger

Instructions

Serves 4

  1. Dice the chicken breasts.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a high-sided frying pan.
  3. Brown the diced chicken breasts.
  4. Add the cashew nuts, ginger and diced green peppers.
  5. Salt and pepper.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with coriander just before serving.
  9. This dish can be accompanied with Thai rice mixed with small vegetables.
