  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 melon
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of rum
  • 2 glasses of syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Mint

Instructions

Serves 4

  1. Shape the melon into balls using a melon spoon.
  2. Peel the pineapple, kiwis and bananas.
  3. Slice the bananas, and quarter kiwis and pineapple.
  4. Place the fruits in a deep dish with the sugar cane syrup, the lemon juice and the rhum.
  5. Cover and leave in the fridge for 30 min.
  6. Place the fruits on the skewers.
  7. Oil a double griddle on which you will place the skewers.
  8. Sprinkle them with grated coconut.
  9. Cook for 5 min turning them often.
  10. Before serving, sprinkle with mint.
  11. Best served with an exotic or red fruit coulis or vanilla ice cream.

You can vary according to your tastes and the fruits of season figs, oranges, grapefruits, apricots, nectarines, mangos…
