- 1 pineapple
- 3 bananas
- 2 kiwis
- 1 melon
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of coconut
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- 2 glasses of syrup
- 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Mint

Instructions
Serves 4
- Shape the melon into balls using a melon spoon.
- Peel the pineapple, kiwis and bananas.
- Slice the bananas, and quarter kiwis and pineapple.
- Place the fruits in a deep dish with the sugar cane syrup, the lemon juice and the rhum.
- Cover and leave in the fridge for 30 min.
- Place the fruits on the skewers.
- Oil a double griddle on which you will place the skewers.
- Sprinkle them with grated coconut.
- Cook for 5 min turning them often.
- Before serving, sprinkle with mint.
- Best served with an exotic or red fruit coulis or vanilla ice cream.
