Crostinis of scrambled eggs with Dill prawns

  • 1 French bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 250g of peeled cooked frozen shrimp
  • 1 knob of butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of frozen Darégal Dill

Instructions

Serves 4 

  1. Leave the prawns to defrost for 1 hour.
  2. Cut the bread into slices and toast .
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the eggs constantly stirring with a spatula.
  4. Season well.
  5. When the eggs are about done, add the prawns and cook for a further 2 min.
  6. Spread the scrambled eggs with prawns onto the toasted bread.
  7. Just before serving, sprinkle with dill and eat straight away.
  8. Crostinis can be served as a appetizer or as a starter.
