Crostinis of scrambled eggs with Dill prawns

Ingredients
- 1 French bread
- 4 eggs
- 250g of peeled cooked frozen shrimp
- 1 knob of butter
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon of frozen Darégal Dill

Instructions
Serves 4
- Leave the prawns to defrost for 1 hour.
- Cut the bread into slices and toast .
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the eggs constantly stirring with a spatula.
- Season well.
- When the eggs are about done, add the prawns and cook for a further 2 min.
- Spread the scrambled eggs with prawns onto the toasted bread.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with dill and eat straight away.
- Crostinis can be served as a appetizer or as a starter.
