Cream of Yoghourt with Courgettes

  • 2 yoghurts
  • 4 lettuces
  • 4 courgettes
  • 40cl Gloria of milk
  • 1 limejuice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Parsley

Instructions

Serves 4

  1. Wash the sucrines and to cut them into four. Reserve.
  2. Rinse courgettes. Cut the ends. Grate.
  3. Pour yoghourts and Gloria milk in a bowl.
  4. Incorporate the lemon juice, the garlic and 3 spoonfuls of parsley.
  5. Add grated courgettes. In preserving 2 spoonfuls for decoration.
  6. Salt and pepper.
  7. Emulsify with the whip.
  8. Leave with the refrigerator during 1:00.
  9. Pour the cream in individual glass casings.
  10. Add courgettes and to powder parsley remainder.
  11. Serve the glass casings surrounded by districts as sucrine.

Tip:

We can replace the sucrines by lettuce hearts or even add radishes and sticks of celery.
