- 2 yoghurts
- 4 lettuces
- 4 courgettes
- 40cl Gloria of milk
- 1 limejuice
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Garlic
- 4 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Parsley

Serves 4
- Wash the sucrines and to cut them into four. Reserve.
- Rinse courgettes. Cut the ends. Grate.
- Pour yoghourts and Gloria milk in a bowl.
- Incorporate the lemon juice, the garlic and 3 spoonfuls of parsley.
- Add grated courgettes. In preserving 2 spoonfuls for decoration.
- Salt and pepper.
- Emulsify with the whip.
- Leave with the refrigerator during 1:00.
- Pour the cream in individual glass casings.
- Add courgettes and to powder parsley remainder.
- Serve the glass casings surrounded by districts as sucrine.
Tip:
We can replace the sucrines by lettuce hearts or even add radishes and sticks of celery.
