Chicken stir-fry with cashew nuts and chive

Ingredients
- 800g of chicken breast
- 150g of frozen broccoli
- 1/2 red peppers
- 1/2 yellow peppers
- 150g of frozen broad bean
- 150g of frozen beansprouts
- 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
- 60g of cashews
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of frozen Darégal Garlic
- 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Chives
- 1 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Ginger

Instructions
Serves 4
- Cut the chicken breasts in small strips.
- Mix the lemon juice and the soy sauce in a bowl and leave aside
- Warm the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic, stirring occasionally.
- Add the chicken breasts and simmer. Leave aside.
- Add the bean sprouts, the broad beans and the broccolis and cook for 3 minutes.
- The vegetables should be cooked but crunchy.
- Pour the lemon-soy sauce juice in the pan and mix well.
- Re-heat the meat for a few minutes.
- Add the cashew nuts.
- Sprinkle with chives.
- Serve with Thai rice or Chinese noodles.
