  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Mix for meat

Serves 4

  1. Light the barbecue or oven on the grill position.
  2. Mix the honey, olive oil, paprika and “Mix for Meat” in a bowl.
  3. Salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the drumsticks with this preparation.
  5. Place them on a plate and grill them in the oven or lay them on the barbecue grill.
  6. Watch the cooking. If the drumsticks brown too quickly, protect them towards the end of the cooking with aluminium foil.
  7. Accompany them with lemon quarters and basmati rice.
