  • 1 chicken
  • 250g of mango
  • 40cl of white wine
  • 2 peppers
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 clovess
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Onion
  • 1 tablespoon of frozen Darégal Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Chives
  • 1 tablespoon of frozen Darégal Parsley

Instructions

Serves 4

  1. Let defrost the mangos 1:00
  2. Prepare the marinade by mixing the wine, the cloves, onion. Salt and pepper.
  3. Cut chicken of pieces. Put at marinating 1 hour.
