White Tuna Casserole with Dill

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of white-meat tuna
  • 500g of romanesco cabages
  • 500g of carrots
  • 500g of leeks
  • 500g of turnips
  • 1 bag of fish fumet
  • 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Dill
  • 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Onion

Instructions

Serves 6

  1. Peel and wash the vegetables.
  2. Cut the carrots in half.
  3. Prepare the court bouillon with the sachet of fish stock.
  4. Add the onions and turnips.
  5. Dip the carrots in the court bouillon.
  6. After 10 minutes, add the leeks and 10 minutes later the romanesco broccoli. 
  7. Cook 10 minutes.
  8. Strain all the vegetables and keep them in a warm dish.
  9. Dip the tuna in the court bouillon and cook it 5 minutes.vStrain it.
  10. Arrange the tuna on a serving dish. Surround with the vegetables.
  11. Sprinkle with dill.
  12. Serve immediately.
