Ingredients

  • 1 flaky pastry case
  • 150g of roquefort
  • 150g of grated comté
  • 1 bunnel of cherry tomatoes
  • 5 eggs
  • 40 cl of Gloria-milk
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Shallot
  • 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Parsley

Instructions

Serves 6

  1. Roll out the pastry and line a greased flan dish 
  2. Wash and dry the tomatoes 
  3. Work the Roquefort with a fork on a plate 
  4. Mix eggs, Roquefort, comte and the Gloria milk in a mixing bowl 
  5. Add shallots and parsley 
  6. Add black pepper 
  7. Stir all the ingredients 
  8. Pour the mixture in the flan dish 
  9. Top the mixture with the cherry tomatoes 
  10. Bake tart in oven for 35 minutes 
  11. Serve hot with a green salad
