Roquefort and Cherry Tomatoes and Parsley Tart

Ingredients
- 1 flaky pastry case
- 150g of roquefort
- 150g of grated comté
- 1 bunnel of cherry tomatoes
- 5 eggs
- 40 cl of Gloria-milk
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Shallot
- 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Parsley

Instructions
Serves 6
- Roll out the pastry and line a greased flan dish
- Wash and dry the tomatoes
- Work the Roquefort with a fork on a plate
- Mix eggs, Roquefort, comte and the Gloria milk in a mixing bowl
- Add shallots and parsley
- Add black pepper
- Stir all the ingredients
- Pour the mixture in the flan dish
- Top the mixture with the cherry tomatoes
- Bake tart in oven for 35 minutes
- Serve hot with a green salad
