- 20cl of pineapple juice
- 200g of fromage frais
- 20cl of Gloria milk
- 3 sheets of gelaltine
- 1 egg-white
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Mint

Instructions
Serves 4
- Soak the gelatine in cool water.
- Heat the pineapple juice in a small pan 2 to 3 min with soft fire.
- Drain the gelatine and to mix it with the pineapple juice. Let cool.
- Pour the preparation in the mixor. Add sugar, Gloria milk, soft white cheese and mint.
- Mix until obtaining a smooth paste.
- Beat the egg white in firm snow. Incorporate delicately in the contents of the mixor.
- Lay out the preparation in 4 small ramequins.
- Leave with the refrigerator 2:00
- Unmould on plate. Be useful without delaying.
