Ingredients

  • 20cl of pineapple juice
  • 200g of fromage frais
  • 20cl of Gloria milk
  • 3 sheets of gelaltine
  • 1 egg-white
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Mint

Instructions

Serves 4

  1. Soak the gelatine in cool water.
  2. Heat the pineapple juice in a small pan 2 to 3 min with soft fire.
  3. Drain the gelatine and to mix it with the pineapple juice. Let cool.
  4. Pour the preparation in the mixor. Add sugar, Gloria milk, soft white cheese and mint.
  5. Mix until obtaining a smooth paste.
  6. Beat the egg white in firm snow. Incorporate delicately in the contents of the mixor.
  7. Lay out the preparation in 4 small ramequins.
  8. Leave with the refrigerator 2:00
  9. Unmould on plate. Be useful without delaying.
