Ingredients
- 8 baby artichokes
- 1 aubergine
- 2 medium courgettes
- 2 fennel bulbs
- 1 red peppers
- 1 green peppers
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Mix for meat

Instructions
Serves 4
- Wash and dry the vegetables.
- Cut the aubergine and the courgettes lengthwise.
- Shred the peppers.
- Cut and quarter the baby artichokes.
- Discard the hard bits of the fennels and quarter them.
- Brush the oil on the vegetables and let them soak.
- Place the vegetables on a BBQ griddle or under the oven grill.
- Season.
- Cook for 10 min.
- Half way through the cooking, turn the vegetables.
- Sprinkle with the BBQ Daregal mix before serving.
- Good accompaniment dish for grilled meats or fish.
