Ingredients

  • 8 baby artichokes
  • 1 aubergine
  • 2 medium courgettes
  • 2 fennel bulbs
  • 1 red peppers
  • 1 green peppers
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of frozen Darégal Mix for meat

Instructions

Serves 4

  1. Wash and dry the vegetables.
  2. Cut the aubergine and the courgettes lengthwise.
  3. Shred the peppers.
  4. Cut and quarter the baby artichokes.
  5. Discard the hard bits of the fennels and quarter them.
  6. Brush the oil on the vegetables and let them soak.
  7. Place the vegetables on a BBQ griddle or under the oven grill.
  8. Season.
  9. Cook for 10 min.
  10. Half way through the cooking, turn the vegetables.
  11. Sprinkle with the BBQ Daregal mix before serving.
  12. Good accompaniment dish for grilled meats or fish.
