It is a perfumed preparation of medium humidity (Aw of 0.75), ready to use, delivered frozen, it keeps 4 years at -18°C and 21 days in the fridge. It is composed of 70% of aromatic herbs, of 20% of salt and sugar, corn fibre or calcium chloride depending on the products.
The recipes are made on demand (minimum production: one tonne).
We can also develop recipes specific to satisfy any request.
All finished products:

- Saupoudrable.
